Endurance | Crime scene cleaning is demanding work. Our technicians must be able to work while wearing personal protective equipment, including a HAZMAT suit, full-face mask with respirator, and several pairs of gloves. Moving furniture up and downs stairs, lifting heavy plant and equipment and working for long hours are all standard in our industry. Please note that applicants who do not show a high level of physical fitness will not be considered for a job as a crime scene cleaner.

Ingenuity | No crime scene clean up is ever the same. Being proactive and showing creative problem solving when dealing with small time frames and difficult situations is a must. Having a demonstrated ability working with all kind of power tools is also necessary. 

Integrity | Our customers trust us with their homes, their safety, and their personal property. Therefore, all candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a current open drivers license.

To be considered for a Crime Scene Cleaning technician with our team, applicants must provide the following:

Cover Letter | A detailed cover letter stating why you wish to work as a crime scene cleaner and what skills you can bring that will benefit our Brisbane Crime Scene Cleaning team.

We don’t want to see a generic ‘one-fits-all’ introduction. Being a hard worker, having good attention to detail and working well in a team are obvious qualities. What makes YOU perfect for a crime scene cleaning position? What can YOU bring to the table other applicants may not?

Resume | Listing previous places of work and a minimum of three references.

Police Check | Due to the nature of crime scene cleaning and our connection with police departments, ambulance service and other agencies we require an up to date police check to be submitted with your application. An applicant who does not provide an up to date police check will not be considered for a position in our crime scene cleaning team.

Qualifications | Training Certificates, degrees or certifications. Previous experience in the biohazard, crime scene cleaning, medical professions or law enforcement is highly regarded but not essential.
